PREFACE:
This page shows the seeker some of the manifestations of spirit, in light, as seen through the lenses of normal cameras.
As God is Love and Light, all Spirit, all energy and all manifestations emanate from within, and also beyond the physical. Thus, it may be said that all physical being is a part of the energies of spirit. Here you have the opportunity to see spiritual energies through the manifestations of light. Light and love are emanations of "God", the source of all being.
Are there scientific explanations for what is shown here as well? Absolutely there are, however it should be kept in mind that Albert Einstein theorized that Matter and Energy are completely interchangeable by the equation, E = MC2. A point often missed, however, is that there are also definable and unique manifestations constantly occurring in between all E and all M that are combinations of those two states of being.
Every scientist, engineer or craftsman must use their imagination to see the image of what it is they would like to create - in their minds eye - before it even has a chance of becoming a part of physical "reality", which we believe to be all "M" in the equation above. Thus, without the movement of spirit to cause inspiration, nothing new would have ever been imagined, thought or created and we would all still all be existing at some level before the stone ages ... and likely not even know what to do with those stones! Thus, the "E" in Einstein's famous equation is also a part of who and what you are right now!
So, we will leave it up to the viewer to determine for themselves "what" it is that they see in these photos, and if they must, the viewer may also determine "why" or "how" these images appear as they do. May these be your truth, even if it may be "different" than the next persons'.
NOTE: According to the latest theories in Quantum Physics, is likely that the spiritual energy of the photographer has something to do with the images that are captured by any camera that they may influence. Further, the viewer has influence upon the lens that they see life through, too. So what is "Reality"? Is there really only one or are there as many as there are people in this world?

A Personal Note:
In the early 1970's I read an article in "Playboy" about a photographer who went to England to photograph ghosts in castles. He did not get any pictures of ghosts, but his article was an inspiration to me (Rev. John) for looking further into spiritual phenomena, in general. To all who read this or have heard this story, may I remind you that "God and Spirit work in wondrous ways" - beyond what the logical mind can even begin to fathom. The messengers and messages of spirit are everywhere!
In year 2000 I traveled through England with my wife Martine on the way to see relatives in France. This European page will show the viewer some of what we encountered. Keep in mind that we were on a Holiday and were not intending to see or even photograph "ghosts".
I was a small boy during WW II and my father was in the U.S. Army Air Corps. He was a Doctor (M.D.), stationed in England for 3 years. So, when I finally traveled to London and eventually to the area of Stonehenge, where I found out that he was stationed just previous to traveling there, I had to go see some of the places that he visited during his time there. Yes, we saw and felt several things that he did! The pictures below show a few of those places (and things?). The feelings must come at another level of awareness.
P.S. I later found out from a massage client who was born near Salisbury, that my father was there for the build up to D-Day

ENGLAND - Piccadilly Square, Year 2000
The picture to the right shows Piccadilly Square in London, where my (John's) father had spent some time on leave during WW II. You may note the purple squiggles going across the picture, which I believe are spirit energies showing up on film.
Note, you will see more squiggles in the pictures from France, below.

ENGLAND - In the City of Bath, year 2000
Taken at the old Roman Baths in Bath England, this picture clearly shows the image of a person. Now, was it because of the lighting on the bricks, or the angle that the photo was taken from or is it really the image of a spirit teacher or is it the energy of a teacher who worked there at one time? As I was a Licensed Massage Therapist at the time, was he or they there to show me what is possible? I call the image "Bath Master".
When Rev. Ethel Rowe saw this picture, she identified several spirit beings. Do you see them, too? If so, how many?

ENGLAND - On the Tourist Bus from London to Stonehenge and Bath
The picture to the right is very interesting, as it shows either "Angels" or "light refractions", depending on whether you prefer a spiritual explanation or a scientific one. (I have heard both) However, it should be pointed out that Angels are Beings of Light, so both explanations may be "correct" ... at the same time.
Often, there is no "one and only right answer" in life, for the living of life occurs at multiple levels, all at once.
The Right Answer: Based upon your chosen perceptions, you will make your own choice. Enjoy the life you are creating!

The Language of Light:
All pictures made by any camera are images of light, at what ever frequency that device is sensitive. This light may be vibrating at relatively high frequencies or low, even past the infrared or ultraviolet ranges that we normally consider to be the bounds of "visible light" frequencies.
Thus we may use scientific understandings to explain what the image tells us or how it was created or any number of ideas about the photograph or image of light that we see. We might, for instance, be able to explain how the sun or lighting was in a certain place, the bricks or other structures in their certain places as well; thus causing a certain kind of image to appear as the camera recorded it.
However, for those who know that like life, even science is a process of discovery, there are many different, yet equally valid, explanations about why a particular image appears as it does, in scientific as well as in non scientific terms. However, even granting any scientific explanations about light, one may still ask. "but why did the light strike the camera in this exact way at this exact time and thus create an image that looks like, or reminds me of (what ever you see)" That is a question that each person may answer differently, and so we must remember that within each persons frame of reference, their own explanation is equally valid.
As Debby Taylor, a local psychic, church member and helper says about The Language of Light;
"Your soul often filters out things you are not ready for. Your mind then automatically translates what you need from the language of Light which is also used by your own angels. Light is always with you in your mind, creating a bridge between you and your angels."
"God does not want you to base every thought, action or decision on what your angels say; thus we have science and other logical disciplines to use as guidance as well. However, your angels are here to encourage, inform, guide, love and uplift you. Think of them as friends and fellow travelers. They do not want to be treated as equal to God when they are servants of God, but they, too, are often using The Language of Light to communicate with humanity."

While in France we visited some sites in Paris and then went to the Loire Valley to see the chateaux and sample some of Frances' best wine.

| FRANCE - Loire Valley
To the left is a photo taken at about 7:30 AM, on the first day of a "holiday" to enjoy the chateaus, food and wine of the Loire Valley. John and Martine stayed, along with relatives, at Hotel Sur Loire the night before. As it was a beautiful day, so John went out to photograph the morning beauties before breakfast, not expecting to see anything but the beautiful trees and the church across the street from the hotel.
NOTE: You may have seen "squiggles" in the photo above from Piccadilly Square in London much like the ones shown here. This photo was taken in France about a week later and in different lighting conditions ... one in the late afternoon and the other in the early morning. Isn't that interesting?

| FRANCE - Loire Valley, Chateau Chenonseaux, year 2000
While visiting Martine's favorite Chateau; Chenonseaux in the Loire Valley of France, we visited the gardens as well as the chateau itself. I found a few places inside the chateau (translated as "castle" in English) quite "familiar". There are two gardens next to the chateau and after taking a picture of my wife Martine with her niece Cathy in the garden of the king's mistress, I then took this picture of the other garden, of Catherine de Medici, from a balcony.
It has been said that this red image is Catherine's leg. The picture was from the middle of the roll of film so a light leak is unlikely. So, I'll let you guess what this is an image of, or how this image even came about.

| FRANCE - Chateau Chenonseaux in the Loire Valley
Also, while at Chateau Chenonseaux, I took a picture of the "mote" that once surrounded the old Roman Castle that preceded the present structures. That mote is still which is river fed. There are also some interesting Light Phenomena in this picture for you to enjoy and ponder.
It is my feeling that "spiritual phenomena" have more to do with the person than with the place. Thus your "Spiritual Shrine" is where ever you find or create it. Remember; you are made in God's image! So, you don't need to go to Jerusalem to find "Holy Land"; as all Divinity may be found within you and your experiences! "Open your eyes that ou may see."

| FRANCE - and the Sphinx
France and the Loire Valley are not all about Ghosts and Castles. There are also the Royal Connections to the ancient cultures of Egypt, Greece and Estrusca to be explored. You might even start your exploration with the those displays in The Louvre in Paris ... another old chateau.

| FRANCE - A Toast to an enjoyable trip, and Life lived; not simply contemplated!
Here is a picture of Rev. John and Martine enjoying the Good Life at Chateau Blois, in the Loire Valley. All travel is to be enjoyed, as it all takes place within our minds which are merely extensions of the Mind of God-Goddess. Take that thought with you and life will truly be a joy, as you lighten up and liven up.
