For those who desire to come together with a foundation and belief in the Healing Light of Universal Love!
In November 2013, the Board of Directors approved starting a branch of this church with the name "Universal Healing Light Foundation". This organizational name is now officially registered in the state of Arizona as a DBA (Doing Business As). For further details, read below.
As of November 24, 2014, our Board of Directors have approved Articles of Incorporation and ByLays for this foundation and thus are currently in-process, filing Incorporation papers as an IRS qualified 501 (c) 3 tax exempt charitable foundation in the state of Arizona.
In the mean-time, please write all cheques to the Mystical Spiritualist Church, which is a 501 (c) 3 tax exempt organization incorporated in the state of California ... as we "reincarnate" in Arizona, during the year 2015.

What are we about?
This Universal Healing Light Foundation is being started so that the activities of the Mystical Spiritualist Church may spread out and expand; so that it is not limited to be just an old fashioned "church" and thus it may be more "Universal" and all encompasing of life

Our Artices of Incorporation state:
Said corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.

Our Purpose:
IRC SECTION 501(C) (3) PURPOSES
The purpose of this Foundation (the Universal Healing Light Foundation) is to empower and support people in our communities and around the world with the healing light of love through charitable, religious, educational, research and scientific means including the making of at least 10% of its proceeds as distributions to other organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. No part of the net earnings of the corporation shall inure to the benefit of, or be distributable to its participants, trustees, officers, or other private persons. No substantial part of the activities of the corporation shall be the carrying on of propaganda, or otherwise attempting to influence legislation, and the corporation shall not participate in, or intervene in (including the publishing or distribution of statements) any political campaign on behalf of or in opposition to any candidate for public office. Notwithstanding any other provision of these articles, the corporation shall not carry on any other activities not permitted to be carried on (a) by a corporation exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code, or (b) by a corporation, contributions to which are deductible under section 170(c)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.

Our Founders Dream
Behind this foundation, our founders (John & Martine - pictured) intend to illuminate your room, illuminate the earth and leave the legacy of this church and the healing light of love for all life that it stands for. What they are leaving, together on this earth is intended to give people hope, help them light their way and even light their own lamp.
This is the culmination of a centuries old dream of these two, as they both finish their lifetimes upon this earth.
Life isn't really so complicated after all, when you finally realize that It's All About Love in it's many guises, all of which are still googly and "Godly"!
Then, Rev. Martine would like to invite you, and may even assist you, to lighten up a little more, so you may enjoy your journey into more light, lightness and onward to your own enlightenment.

Further Notes: About Universal Healing Light Foundation
The spark of light that this organization came from is the love of Rev. John & Martine Kohlenberger, who have worked together over the eons in sharing a common understanding that mankind, as a whole, has a divine origin and that humankind as a whole has a divine destination and therefore, whether consciously or not, humanity is on a spiritual quest; a spiritual journey. Therefore man and woman are divine in their nature and best work together as equals, thus balancing each other.
Following in these footsteps, in December 2013 our founders came together as individuals knowing their divine origins, to form a Foundation of unified effort to magnify and spread the healing light of universal love to all who are ready to acknowledge theirs in this way.
Update from Martine - End of 2014
"You have done well over the last year, setting things in place and in motion for the future. You can see in this that movement is based on stillness, for its base or launching point. So does the stillness of meditation and prayer create launching points in your, or anybody's daily life, or the life of our church. And then, as the energy moves on, life directs its movements, often changing directions so that it may continue to survive.
This you have done very well. All you need do now is carry this (the initial paperwork) to completion so that the launching is set and the organization will find its way into its own future; like of as if it is a child of ours - for it is and this is what we came together for and came here (Arizona) to do.
So, it will be a life (our lives) complete as you leave this earthly sojourn."
